Loved the terrace and the free WiFi, perfect for scrolling through social media while sipping tea. The dining area was great for eating the cookies I found in the kitchen.
Oh, and the view from the apartment was so disappointing. Who needs a view when you can just stare at the beautiful city outside?

The apartment at Appartamento Arlecchino was cozy and made me feel right at home. I loved having a kitchen with a fridge so I could cook my own meals. The private bathroom was a pleasant surprise, with a bath or shower and slippers provided. The tile/marble floor gave the apartment a charming and rustic feel. Plus, having a washing machine was a huge convenience.
Personally, I would have preferred a different flooring option rather than tile/marble. However, I understand that some guests may appreciate its unique and traditional style.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent, and the room was cozy and comfortable. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect, with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The staff were friendly and responsive, making our stay even better.
The hotel breakfast menu could use more variety.

I always keep coming back to this place for my stay. The staff helped me find the best exchange rate. It suits me perfectly with an electric kettle, cookware, cots, and no smoking on-site. Can't wait to return for another city break.

The apartment in Bergamo Alta, the city's historic centre, offered everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The decor was charming, with a lovely tile/marble floor that added a touch of elegance. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of having a washing machine in the apartment; it made our travels much easier and allowed us to pack light.
Noise from nearby restaurant's kitchen.

Perfectly located in the heart of the old town, just a short walk from the bus stop. the cleanliness of the apartment was impressive, with everything neat and tidy. the beds were comfortable and we appreciated the extra clean towels provided. the host also thoughtfully left tea and coffee for us, which was a nice touch. a great location and a clean and cozy place to stay.
There was some noise from neighboring establishments, particularly a restaurant kitchen, which went on until late at night. It would have been helpful if the windows were more soundproof to reduce the noise.
